As part of a new venture, we were called upon by Cisco Support, a company offering full technical support and maintenance to mid-market businesses using Cisco systems to build and design a website, with full site content, as well as to set up and manage a continuing PPC campaign to bring in traffic and leads to the site post launch.
The Cisco Support business model prides itself on providing a flexible and personable approach to both inter and outer office support at an affordable rate, making it accessible for just about any business to utilise. These points were exactly what we wanted to portray throughout the website as well as our Digital strategy.
To create a fully functional site which highlights the Cisco Support Company USPs and brings in traffic and clients using paid for methods.
After initial project information and ideas are discussed regarding strategy and moving forward, our plan of action was decided.
Our Digital and Design teams began by conducting research into competitor currently surrounding the industry, keywords that could be implemented throughout the sites content, as well as initial set up of the chosen Content Management System for this project, WordPress.
The team worked hard to get the site up and running within just two weeks. This included site design and branding, content, background and on site SEO as well as the integration of any other plugins that may be needed for a fully functional site like Google Analytics to track visitor interaction on the site.
Once Cisco Support Company was online, the project was handed over to our Digital Marketing Specialists, to begin looking into the set up of the PPC campaigns.
Using Google Adwords, initial Ad Groups and campaigns were set up using further, more in depth keyword research.
To ensure success, we watch and maintain the campaigns daily, updating budgets, keywords and checking insights as and when needed
