Our Mission

 

West Midlands House are a successful Business Solutions Centre based within the West Midlands. They offer a range of Serviced Offices, Virtual Office Packages as well as Meeting Room hire to businesses in and around the Midlands. They tasked us to rebuild their site from scratch, as well as help them to bring in new leads and prospective clients to the centre through an increased online presence, using both paid and organic methods.





Our Solution

We built, developed and deployed a fully functioning site, refreshing all site content with relevant, searchable keywords and a responsive front end design fit for purpose.

We branded the entire site accordingly, with fresh logos and banners, new social media pages to accompany and all with the target B2B audience in mind.

We then initiated the content side of our strategy. This involved curating content for a range of viable platforms. This included populating the West Midlands House Blog (WMXChange) with up to date articles as well as sending out daily updates via each of the newly set up social channels to engage and educate their growing audience. 

To develop this brand further, we set up a range of paid for campaigns using Google Adwords. With on going maintenance and account support, West Midlands House are now beginning to see an exponential growth in leads and clients with every passing month.

We then introduced an email marketing campaign, where a monthly newsletter featuring the latest events, offers and blogs/articles are sent out to its necessary audiences to push each service that much more.

Since taking over the Digital management for West Midlands House, the company have seen several wins which we can't wait to shout about here!

After analysing the data with Google Analytics, we found that the website saw an increase of over 150% in new page views, 145% increase in page session duration as well as a 65% decrease in user bounce rate over the last year alone.

With Social Media, West Midlands House saw a 250% increase in Instagram followers, 250% increase in LinkedIn post likes, 75% increase in Twitter followers as well as a 70% increase in Facebook likes. 

Overall, this has lead to more new users finding the services West Midlands House offer and the building itself now being at almost full capacity in clientele. This is fantastic news to hear. Well done, team!
