The terms and conditions set by 5RV Digital apply to all services, projects, campaigns, consultations, and digital work carried out by the agency.
These terms apply to website development, SEO services, paid advertising management, branding, content production, consulting, technical optimisation, design services, and ongoing digital marketing support unless separate written agreements state otherwise.
By approving a proposal, making payment, requesting work to begin, or continuing with a project, you confirm acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Throughout this document, “5RV Digital”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the agency and its authorised employees, contractors, and operational representatives.
Clients are expected to provide accurate information, project materials, approvals, communication, and access required for the delivery of services. Delays caused by unavailable feedback, restricted access, incomplete instructions, or missing content may affect timelines and delivery schedules.
5RV Digital reserves the right to pause, refuse, or discontinue services where unpaid invoices, unlawful activity, abusive conduct, reputational risk, or repeated communication failures materially affect the working relationship.
1.1.1. All work carried out by 5RV Digital is based on the scope agreed before the project begins.
1.1.2. This may include a proposal, quotation, email approval, project brief, or written confirmation between both parties.
1.1.3. Any request that changes the agreed scope of work may require additional time, revised pricing, or a separate agreement before work continues.
1.1.4. Clients should ensure that all information provided to the agency is accurate and suitable for use within the project.
2.1.1. Project timelines depend on approvals, communication, technical access, and the availability of project materials.
2.1.2. Where client feedback or approvals are delayed, timelines may move accordingly.
2.1.3. If a project remains inactive for an extended period due to missing communication or unavailable instructions, 5RV Digital may pause work until the project is ready to continue.
2.1.4. We will always try to provide realistic delivery expectations. However, some work depends on third-party systems, review processes, platform approvals, or technical conditions outside our control.
3.1.1. Website development work may involve hosting providers, content management systems, plugins, domains, third-party integrations, or external software platforms.
3.1.2. 5RV Digital will take reasonable care during development and launch. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility across all devices, browsers, software updates, or third-party tools after a website goes live.

4.1.1. Search engine optimisation is an ongoing process. Rankings and visibility can change over time due to search engine updates, competition, website history, and technical factors outside agency control.

5.1.1. Advertising platforms such as Google and Meta operate under their own policies and review systems.
5.1.2. 5RV Digital cannot guarantee:
5.1.3. Advertising spend paid directly to external platforms is separate from agency management fees unless agreed otherwise.
5.1.4. Clients remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the products, services, claims, or offers promoted through advertising campaigns.
6.1.1. Creative work is developed using the brief approved at the start of the project.
6.1.2. Reasonable revisions may be included during the active production stage. Significant changes requested after approval may affect timelines or project costs.
6.1.3. Draft concepts, unused designs, internal frameworks, and production methods remain the property of 5RV Digital unless agreed otherwise in writing.
7.1.1. Invoices must be paid within the timeframe stated on the invoice unless separate payment terms have been agreed.
7.1.2. 5RV Digital may require deposits, staged payments, or advance retainers before work begins.
7.2.1. Where invoices remain overdue, we may:

8.1.1. Many services provided by 5RV Digital rely on third-party platforms and software providers.
8.1.2. This may include hosting companies, search engines, advertising networks, analytics tools, CRM systems, website platforms, plugins, and payment providers.
8.1.3. 5RV Digital is not responsible for outages, account suspensions, platform policy changes, verification delays, or technical failures caused by third-party services.
9.1.1. Any business information shared during a project will be handled with reasonable care and confidentiality.
9.1.2. This may include account access, customer information, internal documents, campaign data, or commercial material connected to the project.
9.1.3. Confidentiality obligations continue after the completion of services.
10.1.1. All internal systems, working processes, proposal structures, strategies, and development methods used by 5RV Digital remain the property of the agency.
10.1.2. Once full payment has been received, clients receive rights to use the final approved deliverables created specifically for their project.
10.1.3. Unless confidentiality restrictions apply, 5RV Digital may display completed work within portfolios, presentations, or marketing material.
11.1.1. 5RV Digital will provide services with reasonable care and professional attention.
11.1.2. We are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of revenue, platform outages, search ranking changes, advertising restrictions, or technical failures caused by third-party providers.
11.1.3. Any liability connected to services provided by 5RV Digital will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service related to the claim.
12.1.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable within the operating jurisdiction of 5RV Digital.
12.1.2. Any dispute connected to services provided by the agency will fall under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts within that region.
13.1.1. 5RV Digital may update these terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or service-related changes.
